Passenger Train

Passenger cars carry people. While CSX does not operate passenger trains, other agencies do operate on CSX tracks. In the event of a passenger train incident on CSX tracks, contact the CSX Public Safety Coordination Center at 1-800-232-0144 and CSX will assist in contacting the passenger rail agency. In the event of a passenger train incident, passengers should remain in the railcar until you are assured that shelter and transportation are available, if safe to do so.
