Contact Railroad Personnel

You should consider every person at the railroad to be part of your team. Railroad personnel can provide the answers you need to thoroughly assess an emergency and determine the best course of action.
The key contacts at the railroad should be able to answer the following types of questions:
- What kind of access do responders have to the site, including bridges and tunnels?
- Are there any environmentally sensitive areas near the site?
- What underground utilities exist at the site?
- What companies operate on the track?
- What other hidden risks might there be at the site?
